  ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! went there for my lunch break with a co-worker , waited 45 MINUTES for our food , ended up asking them to put it to go because our lunch break was already past over , and still waited 10 extra minutes. got our food , & it was all COLD & DRY. sad part is , there was only 6 people in the whole restaurant. will NEVER go back there , & I would advise anyone else not to also! waitresses are RUDE & the MANAGER was even worse & got an attitude with me because I asked if they could not charge for the drink since we waited so long for the food. & she argued with me about it! I don't know how this place is even open with all the bad reviews I've read! SO DISAPPOINTING

  It was an amazing burger. However service was more than lack luster. My father requested a refill on his tea 3 times and never got it until he got up and asked the bartender himself. My sons chips were soggy and under cooked, and as a one year old he refused to eat them, and I can't say I blamed him. The women's bathroom was not only two toilets without stalls, but was disgusting. The toilet paper was aweful and I had to hunt for it. As well as the paper towels. The floors needed to be swept all over, and all of the waitresses seemed to be preoccupied with other things than their customers. The price is unbelievably high for such shoddiness. I will never return to such rude waitresses and not once did I see a manager. How this place is open I'll never know.
